The Community of Madrid certifies 4Dreams with the Madrid Excellent Quality seal

At 4Dreams we have experienced one of the most important moments in our history: the Community of Madrid has awarded us the Madrid Excelente quality seal, one of the most prestigious recognitions in Madrid’s business fabric. A seal that not only certifies good practices, but also validates a way of understanding business: with purpose, with transparency, with innovation and putting people at the centre.

Madrid Excelente is the official seal of quality of the Community of Madrid. It recognises companies that are committed to values, innovation, purpose, excellence and competitiveness.

This recognition comes after passing a demanding internal and external evaluation process, where more than 50 indicators related to ethical management, service quality, sustainability, innovation, social impact, team development and business excellence are studied.

For 4Dreams, whose CEO Samantha Pilo, has been working for 9 years to dignify and professionalize the gold buying industry, this seal means much more than a certification: it is proof that we were on the right track.

The dream fulfilled of our CEO, Samantha Pilo

Our founder and CEO, Samantha Pilo, who dedicated herself for 3 years to the export of precious metals in Africa, experienced the overexploitation of the mining industry so closely that she even founded a school to provide an education to both women and their children to prevent minors from being exploited in the mines and their mothers from being more autonomous, thus improving the quality of life of their families.

When he returned to Spain, he decided to reinvent the business of buying precious metals, with the aim of professionalizing, normalizing and dignifying it. In 2016, after analyzing the sector and its shortcomings, he created 4Dreams, an impact business dedicated to the purchase and sale of precious metals that transforms the concept of the sector and always keeps ethical and responsible practices in mind.

For this reason, this seal also validates something that for her was always essential: to do things well, with respect, ethics and humanity.
