What is the complaints channel for?

The objective of this reporting channel is to share relevant information as required by current regulations.

The personal data of the reporting person and the content of the complaint transmitted in this form will be treated confidentially by the people in charge of the internal system of the complaints channel assigned in accordance with current regulations.

COMPLAINT FORM

In accordance with the provisions of General Regulation (EU) 2016/679, on data protection (RPGD), Organic Law 3/2018, on the protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) and Law 2/2023, regulator for the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption, we provide you with basic information on the processing of data from the reporting channel :

Responsible for the treatment : 4 DREAMS RECYCLING, SLU

Purpose : manage and process complaints submitted through the Complaints Channel .

Exercise of rights : access, rectification, opposition, deletion and limitation of treatment, directing communication to rgpd@4dreams.es . You also have the right to file a claim with the competent supervisory authority ( www.aepd.es ).
