Through the 4D movement, we seek not only to professionalize the precious metals sector, but also to positively impact society, promoting our values through our actions.
SOLIDARITY
We believe in the importance of helping others. For this reason, we allocate part of our resources to projects that help the most vulnerable sectors of society, collaborating with non-profit organizations.
WORK INCLUSION
We are in continuous job creation for the less fortunate sectors. We like to give opportunities especially to older women, people with disabilities, or in general who have it more difficult.
SUSTAINABILITY
We recycle jewellery to melt it down in trusted refineries and reuse it in the jewellery sector. In this way, we promote sustainable and responsible practices, minimizing environmental impact.
FEMALE EMPOWERMENT
We value the experience and wisdom of women over 40 years of age, and we are proud to provide them with a job opportunity where they can continue to contribute their talent and knowledge. The average age of the workforce is 45.
Our mission
A big dream in mind: the creation of a foundation to help seniors
Our CEO was always clear that she wanted to form a foundation through 4Dreams to help the people who needed it most in society.
After the pandemic, he realized that seniors were the hardest hit, and decided that with funding from 4Dreams he would form a large foundation to help seniors.
Vital Interpreter Project
Functional diversity is a reality that exists, there are no two parallel worlds. With “Vital Interpreter”, a ClownCinema production, we realize that we must not look to the side, but that we must unite to build a more inclusive and equitable world. They need us.
As soon as we found out about the project, we did not hesitate for a single second to make available to Óscar Sánchez Vaquero and Clown Cinema all the help he needed.
For this reason, the communication department of 4Dreams together with Clown Cinema makes its email available so that any person, media or agency that wants to know more about the project and help us, among other things to spread it, has direct contact.
